FAQs

What is your refund policy?

If you sign up for the class with your deposit and do not show up, you will lose your deposit. If the weather for a specific class date looks to be a washout due to heavy rains, all riders are contacted the day before that class to reschedule. If you cannot reschedule, you will receive your 50.00 seat deposit back to you. Because we schedule range help to match the class size, any changes made within 30 days of the scheduled class would result in the forfeiture of the deposit. A new registration would be required for another class date.

Can I take your class to get my motorcycle endorsement?

Ride Like A Pro is an advanced skills class. It is not for getting your motorcycle endorsement. We recommend you search the MSF website for the nearest location that teaches the BRC (Beginning Rider Class). Pig Trail Harley Davidson and Rock City Harley Davidson both teach the BRC class to receive your endorsement.

Where are the classes held and how long are the classes?

Classes are held at Arvest Ballpark in Springdale, AR located at 3000 Gene George Blvd. Refer to your class information for location or feel free to contact us for confirmation. Click here for information about locations. Classes are typically 4 hours in length from start to finish. Breaks are provided during the course. Total riding time is approximately 3-3.25 hours per class. The total cost of the class is $165.

Do I have to be an experienced rider to take your class?

Riders must have their motorcycle license and have at least 2,000 miles under their belt before taking this class.

What do I need to wear to take a class?

We require that all riders wear a helmet, boots over the ankle, eyewear, jeans, longsleeve riding jacket (preferable), or shirt, and gloves. No flip-flops or tennis shoes allowed. No tank tops allowed. Common sense is what we ask of all riders regarding their riding apparel.

What should I do to make sure my motorcycle is properly prepared for the class?

Before arriving for class, you should ensure your tires are properly inflated and that you have at least a half tank of gasoline. There is a chance you could drop the bike in class. Some students choose to remove saddlebags and wrap the crash guards to avoid the possibility of scratching them.

Do you provide a motorcycle for the class?

We do not provide motorcycles for the Ride Like A Pro class. An option might be to contact Pig Trail Harley Davidson and rent through their Eagle Rider program. Click here to go to the rental page.

Do I get a certificate of completion and can I get a discount on my insurance?

Riders that are able to complete the course will receive a certificate of completion. Former students of Ride Like A Pro have reported receiving a Safe Rider discount from their insurance carrier after completing the course and presenting their certificate to their insurance agent.
